A combination of our belt barrier posts, aluminium crossbar and various filling options (acrylic glass, aluminium composite panels or barriers) the Nextrac allows for areas to be blocked off with minimal effort.

Our Shuttletrac makes transport and storage of our posts easy.

Carrying 9 posts at a time, multiple Shuttletrac’s can also be connected for maximum post transportation. Optional electric pull motor available.

High-precision people counting at entrances, passage ways and queueing areas with the Qmetrix Ranging Sensor (QRS). Strategic positioning of the sensors provide the possibility to calculate dwell times, occupancy levels and throughput rates with high accuracy.

All data is available for detailed reporting and in real-time. The QRS is preserving your customers’ privacy — since we not using video technologies.

Our Wireless Queue Sensor (WQI) is an infrared sensor built into a Beltrac Belt Post. It registers the flow of passengers in a waiting queue. Several sensors in a queue provide the calculation of typical queue Key Performance Indicators, such as access rates, filling levels and waiting times.

All this with easy installation and without privacy issues (no video, no Bluetooth or WIFI tracking).

CALL FORWARD​

CALL FORWARD

Reduce the waiting time in the queue by calling the next customer with our Call Forward system. Counter agents use our remote control to indicate that they are available for the next customer.

The available position is displayed on a screen at the exit of the queue and with station lights above each position.

The Qtrac Facility Management solution is an integrated solution to record and improve your facility management by:

SCREENING RANDOMIZER​

SCREENING RANDOMIZER

Automatic random generator for random checks of crew/staff or baggage when checking explosive materials, drugs, etc. Visual display for crew/staff to be inspected, which screening is needed to perform.

Audible warning device for not complying with the visual indicators and the attempt to elude the random check. Signalisation for the screening staff if carry on luggage needs to be screened manually.

After registration for desired service at the Qtrac VR kiosk the customers receive a ticket that specifies the unique call number, the service for which they registered, and the estimated wait time.

While waiting for service, customers can relax, browse, or shop. Virtual queuing is effective at dispersing waiting crowds and creating a pleasant environment.
