Your Rights
You have the right to object how we process you personal information. You also have the right to access, correct, sometimes delete and restrict the personal information we use. In addition, you have the right to complain to us and to the data protection regulator.
What Personal Data Do You Collect and How?
Subject to the following, we do not collect any personal data from you without consent. In addition to the information you provide to us directly, we collect personal information in several ways, for example from third party credit reference agencies and from looking at how you’ve used other products and services we offer. We will also search for your website and other social media platforms to gather information when needed.
Our Site collects certain information automatically, including your IP address, the type of browser you are using, and certain other non-personal data about your computer or device such as your operating system type or version, and display resolution.
If you send us an email, we may collect your name, your email address, and any other information which you choose to give us. For the purposes of Data Protection Legislation, we are the data controller responsible for such personal data.

The lawful basis under Data Protection Legislation that allows us to use such information is article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR which allows us to process personal data when it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, in this case, the proper operation and functionality of Our Site. In this case, our lawful basis for using your personal data will be article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which allows us to use your personal data with your consent for a particular purpose or purposes.

Our products and services
